We mainly focus on the beech, oak, ash and maple square edged timber. We may provide other wood types upon request.
Treatment
We offer fresh, steamed and kiln-dried square edged timber depending on the client’s needs. Moisture content of our dried timber is 10% +/- 2%, however in some cases we are able to produce timber with higher or lower moisture as per your order.
Parameters
Standard dimensions are: length: 800 – 2150 mm, thickness: 26, 30, 45mm
We are able to customize parameters and produce special thicknesses and fix dimensions according to customer specifications.
Classification and quality
We commonly supply S4S, surfaced four sides timber, with all four sides plained.
We also offer roughly sawn timber, which is not planned with the guarantee that all sides are cut precisely. We usually customize quality and classification based on the customer’s requirements.
Unedged Timber

We mainly focus on the oak, beech and maple unedged timber. We may provide other wood types upon request.
Treatment
We offer fresh, steamed and kiln-dried unedged timber depending on the client’s needs. Moisture content of our dried timber is 10% +/- 2%, however in some cases we are able to produce timber with higher or lower moisture as per your order.

Standard dimensions are: length: 1500 – 4000 mm, width: 100+ mm, thickness: 30+ mm
We are able to customize parameters according to customer specifications too.

Glued panels
Our company mainly supplies solid wood plates and finger-joint plates. We offer stair treads, stair notchboards and kitchen table tops as well. All these products are already dried to 8%, ± 2%, can be steamed too, and the surface is sanded. D3 gluing is applied.
Classification and quality
We mainly focus on A/B grade panels. There is a possibility to manufacture panels of other grades such as A/A, B/C/ and C/C. Standard class description is used. Before the production, we customize and confirm quality and classification based on the customer’s requirements. We comply with individual and agreed quality arrangements during the production.

Veener
Grunerg supplies mainly natural wood veneer which is produced by slicing of the log. The appearance of our veneer varies and depends on how we cut the log. We are able to create thousand square thousands square meters of veneer from a single piece of tree due to new technologies and efficient processing.
Classification and quality
Grunerg offers variety of different types veneer, depending on the particular log and the way in which it is processed. We supply crown cut and quarter cut as well as their combination. Veneer is available in several classes (A, AB and C). Standard class description is used. Before the production, we customize and confirm quality and classification based on the customer’s requirements. We comply with individual and agreed quality arrangements during the production.
